Refund and wallet policy

This draft explains how wallet deposits, reservation charges, failed provisioning, and support reviews are handled. Have qualified counsel review it before final publication.

Wallet deposits

Wallet deposits are recorded in the account transaction history. An instant deposit is credited only after verified successful settlement. A manual deposit through a configured digital bank remains pending until the confirmation process completes.

Reservation charges

Creating a database may reserve the selected package amount from the wallet. Review the package, region, reservation period, renewal date, warning thresholds, and any pause policy before confirming creation.

Failed provisioning

If a paid provisioning attempt fails before the database becomes active, the transaction should retain a visible status and may require reversal or support review according to the account record and applicable policy. Do not submit repeated payments before checking the transaction history.

Support review

Contact support with the account email, transaction reference, amount, and approximate time. Do not send payment secrets, passwords, API keys, or connection strings.
